Cuala’s Back Lane Christmas Appeal

DePaul is a homeless charity that provides support and shelter to 62 men in their hostel in Back Lane beside Christchurch. Cuala is appealing to its members and supporters to help make their Christmas a special one.

5 euro Bootcamp in Cuala Hall

There will be a new style of Bootcamp classes taking place in the Cuala sports hall every Wednesday and Friday morning hosted by personal trainer Gavin O’Byrne of Apollo Boot Camp.

Cycle of Light 2018

Cuala is teaming-up with the National Council for the Blind in Ireland (NCBI) for their Cycle of Light – a unique night-time cycling tour between Dalkey and Howth on 24th August.
