Well done to the Senior hurlers who were victorious over Faughs in their first competitive game of the year on Sunday in Dalkey with John Sheanon and Shane Murphy both outstanding.

Hard luck to the intermediate footballers who were narrowly defeated by Naomh Fionbarra on Saturday.

The Junior footballers had a comprehensive victory over St. Maurs on Sunday morning in Dalkey. The Junior hurlers play their first game of the year against Kilmacud tomorrow evening.

Best of luck to Martin Kennedy in his new role with the team and extreme gratitude to Denis and Tom Byrne for the sterling work with the team over the past three years.

Best of luck to U-16 footballers in their championship semi final next week against Na Fianna in Shankill on Saturday at 3.30. All support is welcome for this game.

Well done to the U-12 A’s & B’s who recorded good victories at the weekend. Well done also to the U-11 footballers who were victorious on Saturday.

The Minor hurlers had a good victory against Crumlin at the weekend.
