U10 Hurlers playing their second league fixture this Saturday. The Black group are at home to Ballyboden and the Ambers are on the road to Naomh Olaf, both throw-ins at 11am.
U13A Footballers topped Division 1 of the grading leagues and are looking forward to a high-powered season!
Cuala U14 Hurlers got off to a great start in their league campaign in Division 1 with an emphatic 4.11 to 2.4 win over Castleknock.Colm Cronin at centre forward was the star-man contributing 7 points to Cuala’s tally, with 5 from play.Wow!
Well done to the Senior Hurlers who defeated Crumlin in Pearse Park in the first round of the Boland Cup on Saturday afternoon while the Junior A Hurlers had a good victory against Crumlin on Sunday morning. The Intermediate footballers were defeated by Clann na Gael on Sunday morning in Dalkey while the Junior Footballers drew against St.Annes in the Parson Cup.
Kids dont forget the Annual Easter Camp, Football 18th-20th March, hurling 25th-28th March. Applications forms on the website. For any would-be coaches who would like to work in the Easter Camp an application form is attached. Please return to Coaching Dept.
All Juvenile and Academy mentors are reminded of the importance of making sure goal posts are secured. New pegs and hammers have been delivered to Thomastown and Clonkeen for just such a purpose, so put ’em to good use! The annual family St. Patricks night Ceili will take place in the hall on (the 17th) from 8-11pm, €10 per family with music, dancing, tea and cakes. A great night and fun for all the family. First ever Cuala Juvenile ‘Night at the Dogs’ will take place on Thursday evening,May 15th at Shelbourne Park. This will be a major fundraiser for all age groups within the juvenile section and plenty of opportunities to ‘help out’! If you can spare some time please contact Rob Hartnett on 086 3851955.
