Good luck to the U9s who play their first ever league fixtures this Saturday!
Dublin Colleges progressed in the Leinster Colleges beating St.Kierans of Kilkenny last weekend. David Treacy(capt.) Simon Timlon,Colm Farrell and Conor Gough are the Cuala reps on the panel. Next outing is 23rd February.

Congratulations to all in CBC Monkstown who advanced in the senior cup at the expense of St. Michaels. Heartening to know that seven lads on the school panel play with Cuala.

Our Senior Hurlers play the Dublin Colleges in Hyde Park on Sunday next at 2pm weather permitting. It should be a good test for both teams.

U14B Footballers got off to a good start to their league campaign with an emphatic win over Lucan 6-11 to 0-2. There were very good performance from newcomers Luke Bailey and ‘keeper Shane Kelly who came out of goal with minutes to go to score Cuala’s last goal.

1997s Cuala 1 play Bray Emmet on Saturday in Bray, while Cuala2 play Naomh Olaf in Balally – both at 11am.The Family sponsored walk takes place on Sunday 24th Feb so make sure you get a card and return money by 19th February. The Annual Adventure Trip takes place on Saturday 5th April, heading to Carlingford Adventrue Centre.Please get those consent forms signed and handed in.
Camogie girls – don’t miss the Pat Gaynor led circuit training sessions every Tuesday 6.50pm in the Hall.

Academy 2000s and 2001s have extended their stay at the Astro Turf in Bluepool for another 2 weeks. These 2 age group will train there on Saturday morning up to and including 23rd Febraury. 2002s continue as normal in Hyde Rd. Weather permitting hurling stations will run outside so keep the children well wrapped up!

Coaching Dept will be running an Easter Camps this year. The football camp will be on the 18th-20th March with the hurling on 25th-28th. Application forms for participants and coaches will be available to download from the coaching page of the website and from team mentors soon. The camp is aimed at 5-11 year olds.

An information meeting on Sudden Cardiac Death for club members and parents of children participating in our games, will take place in Parnell Park on Monday 18th February at 8pm. This is a joint venture between Cardiac Risk in the Young and Dublin County Committee. Dr Deirdre Ward director of the Centre for Cardiovascular Risk will address the meeting.Admission is free and tickets are available from the County Board Office.
