Chinese technology giants Huawei have come on board as sponsors of the Cuala Senior Hurling Team bidding to win back to back AIB All Ireland Club Championship titles at Croke Park this weekend.

Huawei has been operating in the Irish market since May 2004 and currently has over 150 skilled employees across locations in Athlone, Cork and Dublin. It works with all the major telecom providers in Ireland, with its products and services now serving approximately two million people in the country.

In addition to three R&D facilities across Ireland, Huawei also has significant academic linkages with third-level institutions and a vibrant Huawei Ireland Graduate Recruitment Programme focused on developing the skills needed to support Irish economic development.

Cuala is one of Ireland’s largest GAA clubs with 2,500 members across more than 100 teams operating from its base in Dalkey, County Dublin.
