It has been a great few weekends for Cuala’s juvenile Camogie teams. The first team to land some silverware were the U14s who won their Division 2 shield final against Naomh Mearnóg by 4-4 to 2-6 last Saturday week.

Meanwhile the U16 A team got this weekend off to a flyer by winning their Division 2 shield final against Balinteer St. Johns by 4-10 to 5-4 on Saturday.

Next up were the U13 A and B teams who contested the Division 2 and 4 shields respectively on Sunday morning. The As defeated Naomh Olaf by 4-3 to 1-1 in Olafs while a spirited Castleknock side took the Cuala Bs to extra time in Meadowvale. Castleknock took a 4 point lead with just minutes left but a 65 and two late goals were enough to give the home side victory.
