Another Good Day at the Office for the U21 Hurlers

Our Under-21 Hurlers booked their place in the Final last Sunday when they beat a battling Ballyboden St Endas side in Hyde Road by the narrowest of margins. We hear that, in the other half of the draw, Na Fianna beat Lucan to earn a semi-final appointment with Craobh Ciaran next weekend. Seniors Overcome Dogged Crumlin

Cuala’s Senior hurlers followed their Junior counterparts last week in providing a magnificent 2nd half display of passion, courage and determination to pull this match out of the fire against a dogged and skilful Crumlin side.

World Cup Competition

A big “Gracias” for your great support for this special fundraiser. Your participation was very much appreciated. The result was as tight as a Leinster Final with nothing separating the top two – not even a controvercial goal. So congratulations to Tim Carey and Dave Sheerin for their insightful predictions – right down to the number of goals scored – which led them to them sharing an enhanced top prize and well done to Calum & Luke Murray for doing so well too and, like the Netherlands, achieving runner-up status. Dad Michael Murray joined Tim & Dave to collect their prizes from Cathaoirleach Peadar McAdam.
